Famous Exteriors (“we,” “us”) provides exterior cleaning and restoration services to homeowners. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, phone number, email address, and service address.
• Job details: the services you request, estimates, invoices, photos of the work, and notes about your property.
• Payment status. Card payments are processed by Square (or another payment processor we name at checkout). We never see or store your full card number.
• Website and app data: pages visited, device and browser type, and IP address, collected through cookies and similar tools.
• Your messaging choices: whether you agreed to receive text messages, when, how, and the exact wording you saw.
• Estimate request details: when you submit a request on our website, we collect what you enter (name, phone, email, service address, the services you want, and notes) and, if you tick the text message boxes, a record of your choices (the time, the wording you saw, and your IP address).

How we use it

• To schedule, perform, quote, and bill for your service.
• To send you estimates, invoices, appointment details, and job updates.
• If you opt in, to send occasional offers, reminders, and review requests.
• To keep our records, meet legal obligations, and improve our business.
• To respond to your estimate request and contact you about it.

Text messages

We use your mobile number only to send the messages you agreed to receive. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or text-messaging opt-in information and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share your number with service providers who help us deliver messages (such as our messaging platform), and they may use it only to provide that service to us.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business (payment processing, scheduling and invoicing software, messaging and email delivery, accounting), and when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers. We use trusted companies to host our systems, store backups, process payments, and send text messages. They may use your information only to provide those services to us.

How long we keep it and how we protect it

We keep customer and job records as long as needed for business, tax, and legal purposes. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure.

Backups. We keep encrypted backup copies of our business records, including customer names, contact details, job and payment records, photos, and text-message consent history, for up to 13 months so we can restore them if something goes wrong. If you ask us to delete your information, we remove it from our active systems promptly, and it is deleted from backup copies when they expire. We use backup copies only to restore our records.

Your choices

• Opt out of texts: reply STOP, or use your consent link to change your choices.
• Opt out of marketing email: use the unsubscribe link in any email.
• Ask to see, correct, or delete your information: contact us below.

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new date above.
