1. About these terms. These terms cover famousexteriors.com and the services, estimates, and invoices we provide. If you sign a separate written agreement for a job, that agreement controls wherever it differs from these terms.

2. Acceptance. By using this website, submitting a request, or accepting an estimate, you agree to these terms.

3. Electronic communications. You agree that we may send estimates, invoices, and notices by email and by secure links. Text messages are covered separately in Section 13 and are sent only with your consent.

4. Estimate requests. When you submit an estimate request on our website, you agree to give us accurate information, including your name, phone number, email address, service address, and a description of the work you want. Submitting a request does not create a binding agreement for work or payment. We will use the information you provide to contact you about your request, as described in our Privacy Policy. You choose separately whether to receive text messages, and ticking those boxes is optional.

5. Estimates, deposits, and payment. An estimate is valid for 30 days unless it says otherwise. Accepting an estimate creates an agreement for the work described. Unless the estimate states otherwise, a 50% deposit is due when you accept and the balance is due when the work is complete. Payments are made through secure payment links from our payment processor.

6. Cancellation and satisfaction. You may cancel before work begins. We will refund your deposit minus any materials we have already purchased for your job and any costs we have already incurred. If work has started, you pay for the work performed and the materials purchased. If you are not satisfied with the work, tell us within 7 days of completion and we will inspect it and correct any problem caused by our work.

7. Property and access. You confirm that you own the property or have the owner’s permission for the work. You agree to give us access, and to provide water and power where needed. We are not responsible for damage from conditions that existed before we started, such as failing paint, cracked or deteriorated surfaces, or loose materials.

8. Using this website. Use the website only for lawful purposes. Do not introduce malware, scrape data, or disrupt the site. The site’s content belongs to Famous Exteriors and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.

9. Third-party links. We do not control or endorse linked third-party sites, and you use them at your own risk.

10. Warranties and liability. We perform our services with reasonable skill and care. The website is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to a job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job.

11. Privacy. Our Privacy Policy, at famousexteriors.com/privacy, explains how we collect, use, and protect your information, including information from estimate requests and your mobile phone number.

12. Changes to these terms. We may update these terms. Changes take effect when posted, and continued use of the website or our services means you accept them.

13. Text Messaging Program: Famous Exteriors Text Updates

• What you get: Transactional messages (appointment confirmations and reminders, estimate and invoice links, job updates) and, only if you separately opt in, promotional messages (offers, seasonal reminders, review requests).
• How you agree: By checking the box for each type of message on our website estimate request form, estimate, invoice, or consent page. The two choices are separate. Agreeing to promotional texts is not required to buy anything from us.
• Frequency: Message frequency varies.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: Reply STOP at any time. You will get one confirmation and no more messages. Reply START or YES to restore the messages you previously chose.
• Help: Reply HELP, or contact us at (740) 644-5615 or chrishaggerty@famousexteriors.com.
• Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: See our Privacy Policy at famousexteriors.com/privacy. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or opt-in data with third parties for their marketing.
